Is Primal Meal Prep halal?

Primal Meal Prep is not officially halal certified. We DO NOT serve any pork/ lard in our kitchen.

Food getting spoiled/ raw, etc.

Our food is best consume within 2-3 days in the chiller. If any case food is raw or taste sour, smells weird Please discard food away.

Is our meals frozen?

No, our Primal Meals are not frozen. We pride in delivering the freshest meals to our customers.

Do you change your menu?

Yes, we change our menus weekly. We have 4 sets of menu in total.

Do you offer any vegetarian meals?

Unfortunately, we do not offer any vegetarian options.

Do you offer any Keto or paleo meals?

Unfortunately, we do not offer any keto/ paleo meals. If you like to us to include them in our menu, Please drop us a feedback.

Does your meals contain any dairy or gluten?

Yes, some of our meals do contain dairy & gluten in our food.

Do Primal cater to any events?

Yes, we can arrange something. Please contact our friendly support team

Is Primal meals gluten-free?

Unfortunately, we’re not gluten free

Is our meals serve cold or hot?

Our meals are delivered cold as to maintain the freshness of our meals. We recommend popping it into the microwave 2-3 mins before consuming.


When is order order cut off?

Our order cut off falls on every Saturday, 9.00am.

Ordering customized meals after cutoff.

You can contact our friendly support team. We can place a late order on your behalf before 11am. *We do not accept any late orders after 11am.

Any referral scheme?

No, we do not have any referral scheme.

Promo for first time orders?

At this moment, we do not have any promo code for first time order.

Paying twice for wife and self- meals going to same place at same time - promo for that?

Yes, we will be able to provide a promo code to if there is more than a few order going to the same location. Please contact our friendly support team.

Monthly/ yearly package

At the moment, we do not have any montly or yearly plan.

Do we plan our meals or does Primal plan our meals?

Primal let’s you fully customized your meals on a weekly basis to fit to your macro goals.


Is there a delivery charge?

Yes there is a delivery fee of $3.00 per trip

Do you deliver islandwide?

Yes, we do delivery islandwide. Anywhere with an address

Do you deliver daily?

No, we do not deliver daily. We deliver on Sunday (7-10pm), Monday (10am-1pm) & Wednesday (7-10pm), Thursday (10am-1pm).

What day do you deliver?

Sunday (7-10pm), Monday (10am-1pm) & Wednesday (7-10pm), Thursday (10am-1pm).

How long is your delivery window ?

Our delivery window is within 3-3.5 hours

Can I make a special request for a specific date/ time for my meals to be delivered?

Yes, you can. There will be an additional cost between $10-$25 for special request for deliveries. Please contact our friendly support team.

I’m not home during deliveries?

Our delivery person will give you a call to request meals to be placed outside your front door. Or in the notes at checkout you can let us know to leave your meals outside your front door.

Can i change my address for delivery?

Yes you can, please let us know in advance before delivery.

Can I self collect my meals?
